The homeowner golf discount is real, but nobody publishes what it actually saves you
The HOA's own site confirms residents get discounted green fees and pro-shop pricing at what is now Space Coast Golf Club. It does not say by how much. If golf access is part of why this community appeals to you, get the specific discount and any membership terms from the course directly rather than assuming a number.
The course winds through wetland and hammock, and that touches more than the view
Water is reportedly in play on 13 of the 18 holes, and the layout runs through a hammock and wetland conservation area bordering the Banana River. That is a genuine amenity, but wetland-adjacent land can carry real flood and drainage considerations even on a lot that isn't technically waterfront. Pull the specific flood zone for any lot backing to the course or the conservation area, don't assume it is the same as an interior lot.
Two names for one course means two search results, verify which one you are reading
Reviews, tee time listings and course information split across both "The Savannahs" and "Space Coast Golf Club" naming, and Savannah Landing's own listings can surface in a broader search too.
